Golf Performance Training for Needham Golfers
If you play out of Needham Golf Club or one of the clubs a few towns over, your swing limits usually aren't about lessons. They're about what your body can actually do.
PT Progression is about 15 minutes from Needham, out Route 16 and over through Wellesley, or up through Dover, in South Natick on Route 16. Our Doctors of Physical Therapy are TPI-certified to screen exactly what's limiting your swing, whether that's mobility, strength, or an old injury still holding you back, and to build the plan that fixes it.
Needham has Needham Golf Club, a private nine-hole Wayne Stiles course on Green Street that a lot of members play twice in an afternoon, and Needham golfers fill out their week at Charles River, Dedham, and the public courses along Route 128. Same story everywhere: the swing you can make is set by what your hips and spine can do that day.
What to expect
-
The screen
Swing mechanics, movement quality, joint and soft-tissue mobility, and your orthopedic history, so we know your real capabilities and limits.
-
Your plan
Strength, mobility, and range-of-motion work built for your body, or physical therapy first if the screen finds something that needs it.
-
The bridge
Every screening clinician holds the Titleist Performance Institute certification, so your plan speaks the same language as your coach. Full details on the Golf Performance page.
Also serving golfers near Wellesley, Wayland, Weston, Dover.
