Physical Therapy
One-on-one physical therapy in a private South Natick studio: a full session with a Doctor of Physical Therapy every visit, from resolving pain through preventing reinjury to returning to performance.
Focused solely on you
No double-booking. No cookie-cutter protocols. Every session is one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and tailor-made to your goals, a combination of hands-on manual therapy and therapeutic exercise designed to get you moving and feeling better, and to keep you as active as possible.
In Massachusetts you have direct access: no physician referral is needed to start. Our clinicians' advanced training lets them evaluate and treat, and to refer you to the right medical practitioner when something is outside the scope of physical therapy.

Therapeutic exercise
Lost strength, capacity, and mobility often drive persistent symptoms and reinjury. Every session includes corrective exercise plus an individualized home program, so progress continues between visits.
Where it leads
Rehab here doesn't end at discharge. When pain resolves, your plan progresses into athletic development with the same clinician in the same facility, so you return stronger than you arrived. That transition is the Progression Method.
Request a consultation to see if we're a good fit
We work best with people who want to understand what's happening, take an active part in their recovery, and get back to something that matters to them in life, work, or sport.
