Why we're different
The Progression Method
Most physical therapy ends when the pain stops. Most training ignores why you got hurt. The gap between them is where re-injury lives, and closing that gap is our entire model.
One clinician. One plan. Three stages.
At a typical clinic, discharge is the end of the relationship. At a typical gym, your injury history is a waiver form. At PT Progression the same Doctor of Physical Therapy who resolves your pain designs and coaches what comes next, because rehabilitation and performance aren't two industries, they're one continuum.
Often a client starts out rehabilitating an acute injury and, during treatment, transitions into customized training that prepares the body to return to activity without restriction. That progression, from physical therapy to performance, is our specialty. It's the name on the door.
-
Resolve: get out of pain
A thorough full-body evaluation identifies the factors driving the problem, not just the sore spot. Hands-on manual therapy plus corrective exercise resolves the acute problem, with objective measures tracked from day one.
-
Rebuild: fix why it happened
Lost strength, capacity, and mobility often drive persistent symptoms and reinjury. We rebuild mobility, strength, and body control past your pre-injury baseline, the stage ordinary PT skips entirely.
-
Perform: return without restriction
Sport- and life-specific readiness: strength, mobility, and cardiovascular fitness measured against your actual demands (your sport, your season, your work) so "back" means confidently back.
