Golf Performance
We're physical therapists who are experts in human movement, and no one is more dedicated to the study of how your body functions in relation to the golf swing.
There's no one right swing. There's your efficient swing.
We don't believe there is only one way to swing a golf club. There are infinite swing styles. But there is one efficient way for every player to swing, and it's based on what that player can physically do.
Physical limitations in your body adversely affect your swing, and can lead to injury. Lessons alone can't fix a position your body can't reach. That's the gap we close.
What to expect
-
The screen
Swing mechanics and biomechanics, physical fitness, movement quality, joint and soft-tissue mobility, and a full orthopedic history, to accurately determine your unique capabilities and limitations.
-
Your plan
Results drive a plan unique to your body: functional fitness training for strength, mobility, and range of motion, or physical therapy if a contributing impairment is identified.
-
The bridge
Every screening clinician has completed the Titleist Performance Institute's rigorous certification. We bridge the gap between golf coaching and physical therapy to address what your swing actually needs.
Golf fitness isn't about looking like a tour pro. It's about being fit and pain-free to play at your highest level, and understanding which limitations to fix with instruction, which with rehab, and which with strength and conditioning.
