Golf Performance

We're physical therapists first. Golf is just the sport we happen to see fail the most from bad hips and stiff backs.

Your swing isn't broken. Your body's just limiting it.

There's no single "correct" swing. Every good player looks different. But there is one efficient swing for you, and it's whatever your hips, spine, and shoulders can actually do on a given day.

A lesson can tell you where the clubface should be at the top. It can't give you the hip rotation to get there. If your body can't reach the position, no amount of practice will get you there. That's on us, not your coach.

What to expect

  1. The screen

Swing mechanics and biomechanics, physical fitness, movement quality, joint and soft-tissue mobility, and a full orthopedic history, to accurately determine your unique capabilities and limitations.

  2. Your plan

Results drive a plan unique to your body: functional fitness training for strength, mobility, and range of motion, or physical therapy if a contributing impairment is identified.

  3. The bridge

Every screening clinician has completed the Titleist Performance Institute's rigorous certification. We bridge the gap between golf coaching and physical therapy to address what your swing actually needs.

You don't need to look like a tour pro. You need to walk 18, swing the same way on hole 17 as hole 1, and not feel it in your back the next morning.

Built for the golfer who's tired of managing pain instead of playing

If you recognize any of this, this is exactly who we built this for:

  • Tight hips or a stiff low back that shows up by the back nine
  • A swing that's changed, shorter and more guarded, because of old pain, not skill
  • You've done the stretching and the YouTube mobility drills, and it hasn't stuck
  • You have a round, a trip, or a tournament coming up and want to actually trust your body for it

Real results

A golfer in his 40s came to us with tight hips, an aching low back, and a member tournament on the calendar. The problem wasn't just his back.
