This policy covers the PT Progression text messaging program at (508) 960-7935.
The short version
When you agree to receive texts from us, we use your phone number and the content of your messages for one purpose: coordinating the appointment or callback you requested. Nothing else.
The program
PT Progression sends appointment-related text messages from (508) 960-7935: confirmations, reminders, callback coordination, and rescheduling. Message frequency varies, typically a few messages per appointment or request. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
What we collect through text messaging
- Your phone number and the messages you send us.
- Your consent record: whether you agreed to receive texts, when, and how (website checkbox or verbal consent during a call or visit).
- Scheduling details you choose to share, such as your name and preferred call times.
Please do not text medical histories, symptoms, or other clinical details. Health matters are discussed in conversation with your clinician.
What we never do with your mobile information
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the vendors that deliver our messages on our behalf.
- We do not sell your phone number or message content.
Consent and opting out
You opt in one of two ways: by checking the optional SMS consent box on our website contact form, or by verbally agreeing when asked during a phone call to (508) 960-7935 or in person at our clinic. Submitting the contact form without checking the box, or simply giving us your phone number, is never treated as consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care or any service. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts; reply HELP for help.
